    I loved the trip and would come here again. Tidy, great value hotel, the location was good and absolutely perfect near to restaurant and breakfast, and Panama downtown. The rooms were comfortable modern and equipped with comfy beds, a beautiful view and bar. The breakfast was super with lots of food, including toast, cereal and eggs.

    During trip everything was very comfortable and we would stay here again. The breakfast was super and wonderful with multiple options and all the food was fine. This was a particularly good and perfect location right by many restaurants, the center of the business district and the taxi rank. Easily reached Simplemente Diferente, located within walking distance of the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

    The facilities are really nice. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The staff is very nice. The pool is very nice. The rooms are very nice.

    The room was way too cold and ended up not having a good night of sleep. We turned off the a/c, but despite this, both my daughter and I had to sleep with sweaters (I even put socks on), and had to remake the bed to double the blanket and the bedcover. The rest of the facility was very cold to us too which was really too bad because the place is so nice. Next time I would probably choose another place because of this. The computers in the business center are not protected; my e-mail was hacked which was fairly unpleasant.

    Excellent hotel in terms of standard, rooms, breakfast and value for money

    Obviously there is on some floors a problem with humidity and the climatization system, our floor was quite smelly due to that. If you stay for one night, it is not annoying, but if you stay longer it could be problematic (we stayed once on a lower floor where everthing was all right, however on 22nd it was quite bad)

    Good central location. Confortable rooms.

    As I would arrive before 7:00 a.m. after an overnight flight, I reserved a room for the night before to ensure a room would be available upon arrival. Even that the hotel staff confirmed they had such guaranteed reservation, they told me that they were unable to provide me with a room because the system did not allow to know if there were any free rooms. After a 20-minute wait, I did request not to be charged for the prior night if they could not provide me with a room which I already had paid for - all the sudden a room became available! This should not happen to that category of hotel. Worse of all was their attitude that they did me a favor letting me have a room which I had reserved and paid for!

    Loved the fine views from my beautiful king room and the variety of food options at the pool bar. Fast Wi-Fi helped me stay connected, and the spacious room.

    excellent breakfast

    The room had an very nice view and the breakfast selection was excellent. The Crown Lounge staff provided excellent assistance with tours and boarding passes during my stay.

    Hotel was kept clean, and appears to be new.

    The "rain" shower head in my room did not work. It was coming apart, and leaked water everywhere...from both the pipe connection in the ceiling, to the shower head cover. Also, there were inconsistencies in the housekeeping. Some days I would get a wash cloth, and other days I would not.

    I enjoyed the spacious room with a lovely view and a rich breakfast selection each morning. The staff was cute. We appreciated that they were accommodating to our two dogs, ensuring they felt at home too.

    For dads, it would be great if the pool area had more family-friendly features.
