Loved the stunning views from my deluxe king room and the variety of food options at the pool bar. Fast Wi-Fi helped me stay connected, and the spacious room made my stay comfy.

The room had an incredible view and the breakfast selection was outstanding. The Crown Lounge staff provided excellent assistance with tours and boarding passes during my stay.

I took my mom here for her birthday , and the staff were good , always offering help. The breakfast was yummy , a large variety to choose from, and the room service was very clean and bigger than expected.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

Also, the room curtains don’t block out enough light, which may bother those who like a decent dark room for sleep. The Wi-Fi speed hovered around 9 Mbps at best, which can be frustrating for those needing a reliable connection.

Also, I found the bed a bit uncomfortable after a long day. Housekeeping could use some improvement. I noticed a few spots not thoroughly cleaned. The amenities were decent, but a better variety would enhance the stay. Room service took far too long, and when the food arrived, it wasn’t warm. The hotel was well-located near shopping and dining options, making it easy to explore the area. I really enjoyed my time but hope to see these improvements for future visits.
